Fulfil's own connector gets your Shopify orders into Fulfil. Packwork doesn't replace it. It picks up where the connector stops. Your team sees what happens to an order in Fulfil right on the Shopify order page, and Shopify Flow can act on it.

Without it, you have three options. Go without, and nobody in Shopify can see that an order is on hold or half packed. Let your CX team switch between Shopify and Fulfil every time a customer asks where their order is. Or build the integration yourself, which is a real project, and someone has to keep it running after it ships.
