What is Packwork?
Packwork is a Shopify app for merchants running fulfillment on Fulfil.io. It surfaces Fulfil shipment, return, and drop-shipment data on the Shopify order page, and adds Shopify Flow triggers and actions to automate fulfillment work.
Does Packwork replace Fulfil's Shopify connector?
No. Fulfil's own connector gets your Shopify orders into Fulfil, and you keep using it. Packwork builds on top of it: it shows what happens to an order in Fulfil on the Shopify order page, and lets Shopify Flow act on it.
What do I need to use Packwork?
A Shopify store (Shopify Plus recommended), an active Fulfil.io account, permission to install apps on the store, and someone in Fulfil who can approve Packwork (or a personal access token).
How much does Packwork cost?
Two plans: Automate at $79/month and Insights at $149/month. All charges are billed in USD every 30 days, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Which plans include the Admin UI extension?
The Admin UI extension and Sidekick's shipment tools are on the Insights plan. The Shopify Flow actions are available on every plan, including Automate.
How do I install Packwork?
Install Packwork from the Shopify App Store, approve the permissions it asks for, then connect Fulfil by approving Packwork in your Fulfil workspace or pasting a personal access token. The app walks you through the rest.
