Shipment data

For every customer shipment attached to an order, Packwork shows:

  • Shipment number, with a link to the shipment in Fulfil
  • Status (draft, waiting, assigned, packed, done or cancelled) and picking status
  • On-hold status, with the hold reason when one is set
  • Planned shipping date and requested shipping date
  • Carrier and service level
  • Shipping instructions
  • 3PL status, and when your 3PL acknowledged the shipment
  • The items in the shipment, with SKU, quantity and picking status

For returns, it shows what’s still expected back, what’s been received and restocked, and the return’s tracking number. For drop shipments, it shows the status, planned date, carrier and items.
