Get all customer shipments
Looks up the Fulfil customer shipments of a Shopify order and returns them for later steps in your Flow. Most shipment actions need a customer shipment ID, and this is where you get it.
Inputs
- Order (required): the Shopify order. Flow fills this in when the workflow starts from an order trigger.
What it returns
A list of customer shipments. For each one:
- ID and number (like
CS1004) - Status and picking status
- Whether it’s on hold, and the hold reason
- Planned shipping date and requested shipping date
- Carrier and carrier service
- Shipping instructions
- Line items with name, SKU, quantity and picking status
- A link to the shipment in Fulfil
How the lookup works
Fulfil creates the shipments after it receives the order from Shopify. When a Flow runs right after checkout, they may not exist yet. In that case the action tells Flow to try again a little later, so the step doesn’t come back empty just because Fulfil was still catching up.
Typical use
Use Flow’s For each step on the result to run an action on every shipment of the order, like placing each one on hold.
